The brain is always busy, it works every second, minute, and hour.

The brains tell other parts of the body what to do. It assembles the messages in a way that has meaning for us and can store that information in our memory.

The brain controls our thoughts, memory and speech, movement of the arms and legs, and the function of many organs within our body.

The central nervous system (CNS) is composed of the Brain And Spinal Cord.

Since the brain works all through our lifetime, any little damage can cause serious health problems, and sometimes the things we do can cause serious damages to our body organs.

Examples of brain injuries are hematomas, blood clots, contusions, or bruising of brain tissue, cerebral edema, or swelling inside the skull, concussions, strokes, etc.

Fruits are very good for our mental health, they help in boosting our body system and also promote well. There are healthy fruits that boost our mental health, example of such fruits are apples, watermelon, avocado, soursop, berries, and others.


Nuts helps in protecting healthy brain function. Most people don’t know that an adequate intake of vitamin E helps in reducing the risk of cognitive decline, especially in elderly individuals. Buts are one of the foods that are rich in a great source of vitamin E, eating them regularly helps in maintaining the brain and keeping it active. Also, there are natural plants that contain essential fatty acids. Examples of them are flaxseed, soya beans, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, and their oils.
