There is confusion in Abuja as some Muslims allegedly stopped some Christians from registering for their Permanent Voters Card (PVC).

Newsbreak learnt that the incident allegedly happened at the Federal Housing Estate in Lugbe Area of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.

In a one minute video posted online by a Twitter user identified as PETER OBI WALKING BILLBOARD (E_Carde)Ⓜ️
@e_cardetech, a voice was heard saying, ” oya drive, drive, everybody outside!!”

Meanwhile, Newsbreak.ng reports that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has agreed to extend the ongoing Continuous Voters’ Registration (CVR) exercise by 60 days.

This is coming after House of Representatives last Wednesday called INEC to extend the deadline for the continuous voter registration by an extra 60 days from June 30, 2022, to enable more Nigerians to register.
